Trick or Treat at the Mall

The kids are happy once again. It is that time of the year when they go out wearing their favorite costumes or maybe their mothers want them to wear.
I am having a walk at the mall when I saw that the kids are om queue for registration. The host is giving them instruction and telling the others they only have an hour left to register.
I see kids with face paints and torn clothes like zombies.
For kids, this event is for fun - costumes and candies.

I think there is a contest for best in costume. When I passed by, the host are giving instructions to the kids and the judges are getting ready.

In our event here, it would happen in the court not the mall. At least the kids there are safe.
