Can dreams come true? As some of you know it's been a miserable month. My home burned down October 2nd. There is only twisted metal and ashes left. I was walking at my place where I display my bears and my left knee went out. I had it replaced about four years (or 7000 miles) ago. Walking, sitting, crossing my legs or laying in bed is a new experience in pain. Last night was my first night with sleeping without nightmares. I dreamed that I kept finding money and won the California lottery big time!!!! Do you believe that dreams can come true? It would be wonderful to be able to rebuild my home without worrying about the cost.

OH so sorry to hear this..no I did not know..but I do remember you about the bears.
Did you have insurance to help?
And so now you also need a new knee?
So very sorry..blessings..I hope that some dreams come true.
Where on earth are you living or staying now? Do you have somewhere safe to sleep?

Unfortunately insurance wouldn't cover my place. I will persevere, it looks like I may be able to sue. I'll know more the beginning of next week.
Thank you so much for your concern!! It means so much to me! I am currently staying at my boyfriend's home. It is across the street and two doors north of my "home" (well future home). He has been great! I can stay as long as I need to and he makes sure that there is plenty of food for both me and my cat, Petey.
I won't know about a new knee for awhile. I have to go through the doctor referral game the medical profession plays. Hopefully with a knee brace and a cane I'll be okay.

Maybe all the nightmares and strange dreams ( other than the one about money) are from the incredible stress and worry.
Things are destined to improve..Especially with all the wonderful people on the Lot sending me good wishes.

Sorry for your loss!! You just start hitting happiness. You are having good sleep now and you will just recover everything with this strong will. Keep going.
