My one year wedding anniversary is coming up on November 6th. I can't believe that almost a year has passed since I got married. Time sure flies. To celebrate, on November 9th, I planning to go to a French restaurant for dinner with my hubby and then go see a Broadway show. We are going to see a play starring Uma Thurman called The Parisian woman. I ended up getting tickets for $69 a piece. So add on the $25 worth of fees and the total came out to $163. That's not cheap but $69 tickets were the cheapest available. I could have went to the box office to get tickets but no guarantee that when I got there the seats would still be available. Plus, I'd have to pay for transportation there and back and spend over 2 hours commuting each way to get there. So, I opted to pay the fees. Originally, I was thinking of getting the tickets through Audience Rewards. They had an offer of 1000 showpoints + $48 per ticket. I'd only be spending $96 of my own money. That's much cheaper than what I actually ended up spending. But everything was sold out. I should have checked there earlier. Lesson learned!

If you enjoy yourselves it will be money well spent. Congratulations on your first anniversary (I've had 52 of them)
