Spaghetti Night

Tonight is going to be spaghetti night here in our happy little home. We both love spaghetti. I used roma tomatoes, 90% lean ground beef, lean boneless country ribs, garlic, onions, green peppers, and various spices. It is absolutely allowed in my new eating plan. Very good, very healthy and very delicious The best part is the sauce will be served on top of spaghetti squash. Yum! What's for dinner in your home tonight?

@HazySue It really is. I was reading the e-mail from Whole30 today, and it said that as your body cleanses from the inside, not only will the outside catch up, but your food will taste better.

I made chicken wings, hot, spicy, they sound appropriate for a Halloween night. I love spaghetti, but only the real thing, those you see in this photo. I never liked the taste of spaghetti squash.
