I am so happy before I took my shower I weighed myself I have lost a total of 3 pounds this week since starting back at working out where we go. I need to lose 61 more pounds to be where I need and want to be at. Since I have my iPhone I am going to look up some videos to do. I would like to start doing planks because I hear some good things about them and my stomach is one of my areas I need to lose weight from.

Congrats to you on your 25 pounds. My problem is when I hit a freeze on the weight loss it makes me give up. I need to learn not to.

Good luck, losing those extra pounds. Diet and exercise, is the only successful methods, that actually work!
