.... Especially when you are in uniform. Two policemen are on the hot seat because allegedly they did catcalling to a woman. The policemen were said to be in their patrol car. It's so happen there is an ordinance in the said place to penalize anyone who whistle, groping and other related misconduct on the streets. Aside from penalties the said police officers are possible to face criminal and administrative case.
A young woman took to social media her plan to file charges against two Quezon City policemen who catcalled her last week despite a city ordinance penalizing catcalling and other forms of street harassment.

it is even improper to catcall even if a man is civilian.

@ilocosboy even if there is no ordinance, catcalling should not be done by a decent man to a woman. maybe the man appreciates the woman passing by but i think whistling is not right.

That is so ridiculous. I am glad they are being reprimanded.

@ilocosboy Wow! No wonder. However, they should have kept it inside and only whispered the catcalling. Lol.

Ugh. Uniform or not, catcalling is still inappropriate in my opinion. I hope those officers learned their lesson.

I hate when I am catcalled. Can they just say, "Miss you are pretty or Miss you are sexy",I prefer that instead of that. I am a woman, not a cat.

Yeah, I think that is better to do than catcalling, its a bad practice from fellow men.
