Very healthy. I think when you cry you feel a lot better than when you do not.

I don't know if crying is important but if you feel like tears are coming you should let them out. Unhealthy to keep them bottled up inside. I sometimes call myself a "cry baby" because I cry a lot. Maybe I'd make a great candidate for a crying role.

It is important to cry. If I am sad I cry and finish it off. If you don't cry, if you suppress it there are greater chances of getting a heart attack. As tension increases, blood pressure increases. So whenever a person is sad he/she must cry and finish it off.

Crying is a normal human response. It is a form of release that helps reduce emotional stress and it is suppose to be good for you. Perhaps, that is why they say it is important to have a "good cry" because you'll feel better after.

@dodongz Thanks Elboy. It didn't change anything crying.

but just after the moment you cried, a deep inside feeling of uneasiness will become better. Also, do not keep on thinking seriously the problems in life.

It is very important. When I feel like it, I lock up myself and do it loudly

yes, doing loud cry is better than silent one since it easily keeps your heart calm.
