What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I'm making another type of meatloaf tonight: Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf with a Brown Sugar-Ketchup Glaze. It is from my Cook's Illustrated Cookbook. I am trying a bunch of recipes from it that I've never done before. I'm serving it with homemade garlic mashed potatoes and steamed garlic green beans.
That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

My mother used to make meatloaf all the time when I was a kid. I would pour ketchup on it.

Mmmm, sounds good! I'm making cheeseburgers tonight. I'm putting pepperjack cheese on mine. I'm really hungry for cheeseburger, haven't made them in awhile.

That sounds really good. I like Meatloaf and everything is better with bacon. We had a pork, garlic roasted mini potatoes and broccoli

@Happy2BeMe My husband is a little leery of it as he doesn't like sweet stuff. I told him it was mostly chili sauce and vinegar.

I made a 15 pound turkey yesterday, it was delicious. I make about 6 turkey during the winter months. And leftovers tonight yummy.

@Scrapper88 I've made it with BBQ sauce and my husband didn't like it. He said it was too sweet. We'll see if he likes this any better. I like trying new recipes now and then just to mix things up.

@NJChicaa My mother use to use barbecue sauce instead of ketchup when she made meatloaf. Have you tried it this way. It is pretty good.

I made breakfast for dinner: fried eggs with salt and pepper and bacon bits, topped with swiss cheese on a toasted brioche roll. I had two sandwiches along with some lemon black tea.
