What is your favorite childhood memory/memories?

Mine are all from around Christmas time. I loved that time of year. The tree and the lights and family being around. Now that I am the parent, it's more work than play but I always remember being so happy around Christmas. :)

Christmas was always a special time in our house. I miss those days of family get togethers. Christmases just aren' the way that they use to be.

Christmas was a lovely time for me. An added benefit was that it was summer. The school ended before Christmas and we had a couple of months to play and read.

I used to get so excited about Christmas season as a child.......The most beautiful childhood memory that comes to my mind is that of celebrating Christmas and the joy of Christmas........

@daphers1981 I had once gone to a dense jungle with my elder brother.There we saw jackals,hynaeas and yes,a tiger passing from behind a bush.I can't tell you how exciting it all was.
