2 International Crowns in 24 Hours

The Miss Philippines candidates won two crowns in just one day.
On November 4th, two beauty pageants were held and to the delight of the Filipino supporters, the two delegates from the country brought pride once again.
Miss Earth 2017 - Karen Ibasco (Philippines)
Reina HispanoAmericana 2017 - Theresita Marques (Philippines)
The pageants were held in Manila, Philippines and Bolivia respectively.
Congrats to the beautiful Filipinas.

congratulations to us.
but the recent beauty pageants were a disappointment for us. Miss International did not even have a place in top 5 even in top 15. Miss World too was only in top 40.

@jobelbojel i think the candidates of the Philippines to these international beauty pageants should be true-blood Filipinas. if you notice, except for Wynwin Marquez, Karen Ibasco, and Mariel de Leon, the rest have foreign blood in them. Mariel did not win because politics was included.

@jobelbojel that is the point. like for Pia, when she won, she represented our country and another one as well, although Philippines is her country of origin. Megan Young as well. Gloria Diaz, i believe has Spanish blood but she has the brown Filipina beauty.
