Walking or exercise to remain fit?

I prefer walking rather going to gym. If have control on your diet then 45 to 60 minutes walking every day is enough to control weight and keep yourself healthy and fit. But still I am not sure whether walking at evening is more beneficial or morning walk.

I don't think it matters when you do the exercise, the important part is doing it every day. I have a bad knee so I do Water Aerobic at the YMCA 5 days a week.

My mother also do water aerobic and I have a problem on a knew and I am considering do it too.

There will be people that cannot do any other kind of exercise at all except walking. I walk a lot most of the time with a bit of this and that exercise almost every other day.

Walking is okay if someone doesn't want to do exercise to remain fit.

I do both.Gym,walking,hiking,etc.I love going to the gym.That is where play tennis and pump up six I do not have problem with weight.

Walking is a good option, I would do more walking if my knees let me. I mostly just exercise in my room. Doing both is even better haha

I prefer walking in the morning when I feel more energy, but I think that as long as we do some activity every time is good.

I prefer walking it is one of my favorite exercises. Walking is better for your knees.

I prefer the gym..when I see people around me doing some exercise,its adds on my motivation. Im lazy when it comes to exercise.
