Yep, I happen to know a lot of songs that have "sister" in the title, hence my Favorite "Sister" Songs series. We are at #9 in the countdown: "My Sister" by the Juliana Hatfield Three. "My Sister" is not from one of Juliana's many solo albums (she has released 13 of them,) rather, it appears on the Juliana Hatfield Three's 1993 album, Become What You Are, (it's the second track on the record, and the first single released from it.) Depending upon where you live, "My Sister" did ok, reaching #1 on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart. On the other hand, the song stalled at #71 in the UK. Simply put, "My Sister" rocks out pretty good. I've linked to the official video so that you can make up your mind and see if you agree. Enjoy! (Info verified by Wikipedia)

@teamfreak16 Unless I simply don't remember. KROQ didn't play everyone. They had their favorites and once grunge got going, that about all you heard.

I'm surprised KROQ didn't play it. It was definitely aimed at the alternative crowd.

Cool alternative vibe in this song. I like simple songs like this. To me makes the ebst songs, down to earth stuff with some grungy guitars. I concur my brother.
