How much time do you spend in front of a screen?

So, as mylot users one must assume that most of us spend a lot of time in front of the screen... whether it's to earn a few extra pennies or just for entertainment. On top of that, a lot of us watch TV when we're taking a break from mylot... and also when we're taking a break from TV, we're playing on our phones. Are you addicted to the screens you own? Has technology hypnotized you? Am I a hypocrite for posting this as I sit in front of my laptop?

I let you guess. The answer is... when I don't sleep, I'm likely to be in front of a screen. I don't watch TV unless I'm having a meal with family. I watch videos or movies on my laptop. Phone is mainly a tool for texting, listening to music and calls, if necessary. I'm not sure I've been hypnotized, I simply like to hang out in the online world. I don't like to call it virtual, because most of the time there are real people, just like me, behind the screen. And the internet makes it easier and cheaper to gather information or connect with like-minded people, I doubt I could afford to buy books, attend courses or travel overseas for engaging in some small talk. Otherwise, I would spend less time in front of screen.

@Mr_Anomaly I think I already do, but we may not agree on how often "once in a while" is.

I will spent 2 to3 hours in front of my laptop and rest a bit and go back. Nothing new. It's always the same thing. And I don't even watch TV anymore.
