As for now, I am very busy with my bookkeeping job here at home.
So very hard so hard to adjust the debit and the credit column if there are no receipts at all.
Receipts are needed for deducting the gross income of the business.
Gross Income minus the expenses equal the gain or the profit of the business.
If the receipts of expenses are not there....so hard to adjust and find the good answers.
How can I file his tax with the Bureau of internal revenue....?

Bookkeeping can be tedious and time consuming work. I was never the best at math in school, ha.

@jobelbojel, yes, a lot of time for a new business, but if you have only existing account or some records you have, it will be easy for you to do it and continue the work in a minute.

I took accounting as one of my electives back in school. It was one of the hardest subjects for me, I think I just hate woking with numbers.

There have to be some kind of paper trail that shows expenditures, or some proof of earnings, like pay rate, how long at the job, additional income and so forth. Without proper documents that keep track of earnings it is probably not completely possible to work it out completely. The IRS keeps tabs on earnings that have automatic deductions so they would probably be a good source to find out more information on any particular business.
