The girl who worka weekend texted me if the achedule posted.i said no as her schedule weekly changes on weekends. She asked if she was eorking Monday. I said well considering my shifts are Monday to Thursday and i refuse to work her weekend shifts. She has said she doeant feel she should work every weekend. Btw she was hired for every weekend!!!!!!. She was booking multiple weekends off so i was loosing hours then she worked my Monday. So I replied I cant do weekends. I was working saturdays 5an to 11pm then an hour drive home. This is my safety now all so she can have a day off top if i then loose hours anyways. She didn't reply to me. I just said i work other jobs and petsit so i am booked for weekends. I'm noy workig weekends unless i work my 40 hours plus overtime for her shifts. So i have this weekend off and waiting to see if my manager texts me. If he does iam flippibg. Not workibg weekends end of story was hired monday to thursday.

If I were you, I'd be looking for a new place to work so I wouldn't have to deal with this stupidity.

I already got the text and within 10 minutes the manager was standing in thr stote. I told him the issuea. I tend to think i havr a work ethic and hold a job for many years. I do enjoy thrbplace but loosing hours and not making bills due to her is not happening. I'm not backing down.

@ricki_911 I would never work in a place like that. You need to look for a civil servant job with regular hours, benefits, pension, etc.

That is stupidity on her end, if she did not want to work every weekend she shouldnt've taken the job. I hope you don't get called to work the weekend, will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Thank you! Its the fact she was hired for weekends and they keep changing my shifts to cater to her. I loose hours and not makibg hills because of her. I work other jobs and working 18 to 20 hours on weekends instead of 6 hours. Its endangering my safety.

@ricki_911 how long has she been with the company? How did she manage to still have a job?

@allen0187 she has been about 2 years. I have no clue. She is very manipukating and lies about everything. She can do wrong and if you tell on her she will make things up about her

You might have to remind the manager. He should get rid of her and hire someone else.
