Coffee Lover

It is my daily routine to drink a cup of hot coffee every morning before going to work. If I don't drink coffee I feel like I am not myself. I feel weak when I don't drink coffee. As long as I have a cup of coffee in the morning, I don't need breakfast. Is this bad?

Breakfast will help the coffee last longer. It starts up your metabolism, and the reason you feel weak is because people can get addicted to caffeine, which makes it all more important to eat breakfast so you don't get sick and ruin your body.

I don't like tea. It irritates my stomach. 10 minutes after drinking tea I will have to use the toilet.

I too feel tired in the morning when I don't have coffee. Coffee boosts my energy level. I feel sleepy if I don't have coffee. Even I don't want breakfast when I drink coffee. But not having breakfast in the morning is not good. It is the first meal of the day,and you should never skip your breakfast.
