We all talk, discuss or interact in the mylot. As far as mylot is there, we are in contact with each other. support somebody doesn't come in Mylot for few day, have you tried to contact them with any other source like Facebook or any other social site just to keep in touch?

Yes I have contacted people in other ways when they haven't been here.
