Do you use body wash or soap bar

Hello friends.. It's a busy Saturday cleaning, cleaning and only cleaning. Did laundry , house cleaning and then washed my hair . I use body wash, started it recently . I heard that soap bars makes our skin dry. Is it true? My granny said they never used soaps in their days. They used to prepare some herbal bath powder at home. Those days are gone. Now nobody has that much time. What do you use body wash or soap bar? Which one is good for skin?

Bar soap does dry out the skin. I use body wash.

Yes, some soap bars dry your skin, unless you buy special soap bar especially designed to keep the skin moist. Also some body wash are not good for the skin.

I still use soap bar. With regards to skin irritations, maybe it depends on the ingredients of the soap.

I use both. At home, I use bar soap. However, when I shower in the gym, I use a body wash as it is easier to carry a bottle of body wash over a bar of soap.

You mean herbal soap? ..i heard some herbal soaps with essential oils are good but never tried., No idea about such soaps...i have very sensitive skin that's the problem

I use soap bar. I feel like I consume more of the product when I use body wash while soap bars last me longer. I just use an organic lotion afterwards when my skin feels dry.
