Back from the gym

On the way to the gym this afternoon, it was still cold and sunny outside, just like this morning. And my gym class was small and half of normal size, due to the holiday weekend. We had no props today and used the mat. Michelle was kind enough to take me home again tonight. I'm thankful for her friendship for three years, even if she was my former aquatic physical therapist before that.
Here's what we did in class tonight on the mat:
2 100 Cycles (1 on back, 1 on stomach)
5 Arm Raises and Leg Lifts
5 Single Leg Stretches and Single Straight Leg Stretches
20 Double Leg Circles (10 by Sitting Up, 10 by Laying Down, 10x/side)
20 Shell Series (5 Low shell, 5 High Shell, 5 Extended, 10x/side)
2 Sidekick Series with 1 Mermaid Stretch a side and 6 Tilted Side Crunches (3x/side)
2 Swimming Cycles and 6 Saw Push-up Poses (3x/side)
6 Arm-Leg Poses (3x/side) and 3 Fly Poses
2 Side Planks and 6 Plank Series (1x/side for side planks, 3x/side for bent elbow and straight arm)
6 One-Legged Planks (3x/side) and 6 Tilted Twists (3x/side)
2 Half-Pigeon Poses (1x/side)
That's about it for tonight.

Since it's mostly the same every Monday, prop or no prop, I do have a good memory of what we've done. Not always long for a 50-minute session.
