Keep the dog warm / myLot

I occasionally see this picture via the net. It is a dog from Moscow. Since it is cold in winter there, its master put on down jacket for the dog and hold it like a baby. Very sweet

I haven't seen picture like that. I have only seen dog wearing a shirt covering the body, but not a jacket covering everything. As I am staying in tropical country, so I don't know if it's really needed for a dog to wear like that in order to keep it warm.
