I practiced swimming successful in the sea a few weeks ago so i was so excited we were going to the swimming pool yesterday. Sad to say my newly learned swimming skills were not effective in the swimming pool, i can still back float though Does it matter how deep the pool is though?

In my opinion, it is difficult to swim in the ocean since there are waves. And usually I just play in the ocean or the beach but I can really swim in the swimming pool

It is said that the salt water in the ocean will make you float better than in fresh water. This makes swimming a little bit easier in the sea than in a pool.

May be swimming in a sea is different ball game than swimming in a swimming pool. You could seek the help of trainer to learn swimming in a swimming pool.

@lady1993 You do not need to hire a personal trainer, the one who gives training to groups could be contacted.

I can't swim. Never learn so I have no idea whether the depth of the swimming pool has any effect on your ability to swim. I should think not.

i have no idea either, maybe it's because there is no salt in the swimming pool

You would think it would be easier to swim in a swimming pool.

doesn't the salt in the sea make you lighter though?
