I Miss My Old Dog, Micah

While we were living in our first home, I owned a 114 pound Red-bone hound dog. He was the sweetest dog, a six year old bundle of love. I'd say to him, 'Micah, don't you step on mama's foot!' Immediately, he'd step on top of my foot and then look up, to see the expression on my face! LOL I never knew that a dog could have a sense of humor, until I owned this 'gentle giant.' Here's a photo that was taken, about six years ago. I really miss this ole friend:(

I had a red bone for years, he was mine for sure becaue he followed me everywhere, he could open gates with his nose. Over the years he took 2 snake bites for me. Someone poisoned him in the old neighborhood.

One very beautiful photo of your Dog Micah.
He looks so very sweet too and kind and gentle.
Our Dog does not have much of a sense of humour rather to get his own way but just as loveable too.

What a sweetie, we had a coonhound shepherd mix that was the best-natured dog I have ever seen, and a real lover. My heart is still so full of all the dogs we have lost over the years, most recently our sweet Beau.

Yeah, I miss my 150-pound Akita @kobesbuddy . He use to let the cats sleep on him. And one time when he was outside taking a nap, the neighbor's chicken was resting on him.

Our old dog Puffer would curl up for the night. About five cats would pile up on top of him, without an ounce of resistance!
