Do you take short naps during the day?

I used to take short naps when I was a kid during the day, but as I grew older, I stopped taking naps. I think that´s the reason I couldn´t go to bed early as a child. In the present, I don´t take naps. The last time I took a short nap was aroung 5 years ago. The good thing is that in the present I go to bed early and fall asleep immediately. How many times a day do you take naps?

That´s a long sleep. I wish I could do that but I can´t. I prefer to sleep at night

I never nap in the day - unless I am sick or was up all night.

Similar to me. I haven´t gotten sick lately. If I would need to, then a good nap will relieve me from any ailment

That is true. It´s best to wait till work is done to enjoy a nap. The best time to nap is on vacations, I think

I don't often take naps. I will sometimes, if I'm not feeling well, or really need it, but it doesn't happen too often.

I also take naps very rarely. I may take one or two in a year but no more.

I don't. When I was a kid it was required as we are still growing. But as an adult, I never take naps. I see it as a waste of time.

@quantum2020 We were forced to do it. Mom always wanted us to have that quality sleep. Very important for the growth of children.

Especially when one is busy. Napping is not for busy people. I used to nap when I was a child too

I do not like to sleep during the day. When I do, I feel doped up for the rest of the day. I don't like zombie afternoons.

That´s right, napping too much can be counterproductive. If ever I take a nap, I also feel doped

That´s good. It´s as good as napping, it can reactivate the system
