If you quit something and that means you left it so when someone calls you from the company what do you do?

I used to have cable here in Israel. It was a waste of time and the programs were repeats and I paid more than I should have. When they sent the technicians they would not listen to what the problem is and just replace a box and that did not solve anything. So, when I could say good bye to them I meant it, but, now they still call me up and sometimes I tell them why I quit but they do not listen. So, now I just hang up on them because I do not owe them anything. Sad, they do not get it why people would leave them and not want to go back.
