Have you ever had this feeling, nausea and sick after drinking coffee?
I had this nausea feeling, dizzy and uncomfortable, feeling like wanted to vomit out everything after drinking a cup of coffee in the afternoon at 3pm. The feeling came in at 5pm when I was going to cook dinner. I couldn't concentrate well in the kitchen. I felt the floor was moving and I couldn't stand the smell of cooking in the kitchen.
I tried taking sour plums and candies but the nausea feeling is still there. Finally I drank 1 Litre of water, which had helped me to flush out the waste. I felt better now.
Have you ever felt nausea after drinking coffee or tea?
Does it happens in the afternoon ?

I am in my late 40s, still having my period, so it can't be pregnancy.

I only drink coffee in the morning and never experienced nausea. So I'm not sure if it has to do with the timing or what.

@peachpurple Oh okay maybe it's because you're not used to it then? For some reason I never feel like drinking coffee in the afternoon or evening.

I never liked the taste of tea or coffee - sounds more like an anxiety attack you were having - if it recurs do see your doctor

@peachpurple , the creamer could have been a bit too rich. I know that sometimes milk or creamer makes me nauseas.

no, but maybe you felt nauseous because you drank the tea/coffee on an empty stomach?
