Yesterday was our great family Thanksgiving Day family feast. It was fabulous. They was every kind of food imaginable.
Everyone brought different dishes and let me tell you, they out did themselves. There was something for everyone.
My favorite dish though was the fruit salad. I went to publics and purchases a few different5 prepared containers of fruit mixtures. Place the all in a large bowl and provided carmel dip and Cool Whip Lite so people of all diet could have a dip.
It was the first thing that went. I had nothing left in the bowl by the time we left to go home. It surprised me.
However, the best part of the day was when we joined hands and blessed the food before we sat down to eat. It was a wonderful heartfelt moment of faith and love.
How was your day?

That's really the best part of your celebration, when you joined hands and blessed the food. We do not celebrate Thanksgiving Day here.
