A penny for your thoughts?

If a stranger asks you this, would you like to tell them about your thoughts? At one time, I was in the center having my session when the boyfriend ask me what I was thinking because he sees me staring at the ceiling. I was dumbfounded that time because I didn't know I was staring long and I didn't know he was beside me. Sometimes if I act like that he will think about something. Because he knows how I think so hard and what runs in my head. So I told him about my dream. As much as possible I don't want to share my dreams with him because he knows I overthink things. And he worries too much.

Here, in Canada, I would have to charge at least a nickel (0.05) as we do not have pennies anymore.

I always share my thoughts especially to my boyfriend, he knows almost everything about my dreams. But to stranger, it depends, if my thoughts help her/him why not.

I do not open up to strangers. I may do small talks and pleasantries but that's about it. Privately, I seldom even share a lot about my plans unless I trust the person 100%.
