It's been a week since my daughter started disliking milk. We usually give our kids a glass of milk when they go to school. But she doesn't like it and starts like feel vomiting . Yesterday she actually vomits after having milk . Is she allergic to milk? I am not able to understand what's going on with her.

hmm, but she did not do that before.. maybe she just does not like the taste of it. Or maybe you can try another brand of milk?

Growing up many people become intolerant.

@LadyDuck let's just hope this is a phase though, since milk is a great source of calcium

@lady1993 No milk is not at all a great source of calcium especially for adults, this is an old tale, check online why adults should not drink milk and you will learn something.

For the safe side, I think it is better to consult a pediatrician about this concern.

@sjvg1976 I know, kids should drink milk, when you grow up your stomach loses the ability to digest milk.

I wouldnt say allergic, as much ss maybe lactose intolerant. I have started to not like milk myself. Used to love it now can only drink it if its a new gallon, freshly open and with chocolate syrup. Otherwise it stinks and taste funny to me

Perhaps the milk is so cold? Perhaps you can add a little sugar inside the milk and your daughter may like drinking it again.

if it's been happening for a week now, then it's time to take her to the doctor.

What Kind of milk do you use? Check your milk first if it is fine or not. And what do you include in milk? If you are using coffee, then it may be the reason, I too hated coffee.

She could be allergic or not able to tolerate milk. You should have a doctor check her out so that you know for sure.
