Rance Howard, an amazing actor, who is the father of Ron and Clint, who acted in some of the same shows. I always enjoy seeing families work together. Rance was on Gentle Ben with Clint and with Ron on Happy Days and The Andy Griffith Show. Rance appeared on several movies that Ron directed like Splash, Parenthood, Apollo 13 and Coccoon. His first role was on Frontier Woman in 1956 and it was Ron's first also. Ron was only 2. That would be amazing to tell others about your life time of roles, as Rance was in the business 65 years. Some other shows he was on Babylon 5, Dallas, Murder She Wrote and Married With Children. This is only a few roles, as he appeared in so many television shows over the years. Sadly, he passed away at 89 years and his wife passed away in January. I'll miss seeing him in movies and television. His last movie is Broken Memories. Rest in peace you will be missed by so many people. What television or movies did you see?
