Advertisers popping up

I think mylot guidelines strictly says that advertising is not at all allowed on mylot. But, still there are so many posts in which people are advertising their services. This is against the rules and moreover they are a waste of our time.
Do such things annoy you also? Do you report this to the admin every time?
