How many of you like to make up your own recipes or follow a cookbook recipe?

Sometimes I like to follow a cookbook recipe or find something to make on the internet or ask others for recipes. Sometimes I also like to improvise.

I mostly follow a book but Vince mostly makes things up. His meals are always nicer!

Usually I like to follow the successful recipe as I don't want to fail my cooking. I don't like wasting the food.

I almost always make the food according to the recipe directions but the next time I make the same thing I change it up how I think it will taste better.

I look for new recipes on cookbooks. I can't invent recipe on my own but I can adjust recipes to come up with a better version of the dish
