The last few days i have had back pain. It's hard to explain. I can still work and do stuff. But its discomfort almost like if someone is sitting on you ot holding their hand with pushing Iam laying it bed and seems to be helping.

I've had suffer lower back pain in the past and it's not an experience I would want again. You should consult a physician to find out the problem before it turns serious. Do this before thinking of doing stretching exercises that may further compound the problem.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your back. It's not pleasant when that happens. I don't like it when my back gives me problems.

Are you having a chronic low back pain? I think it is better to have a bed rest.

I know what you mean. For me lying on a hard flat surface helps. There are back exercises online that help.

Believe me Ricki I understand your pain completely. I injured my back in October and not 4 weeks ago I reinjured my back and my left side got injured. I finally went out to see how it would be when I got home and it hurt. It was ok when I was out doing things.
