Children have different learning pace

Just discovered that children in the same class all need different teaching process and pace for each one of them to catch up and excell,quite a tedious task but fun though.

For a teacher, it is a big challenge. but also a big achievement as when the result of exam comes out when the majority of them got high in score, knowing, that half of them is not a fast-learner.
