What's the most impressive fusion of cuisine (both ingredients and cooking style) that you met? Think about sushi with smoked salmon, or a burrito with rice paper. A Chinese friend of us came for dinner and she did all the cooking. It's amazing how with the same ingredients she could cook a completely different meal. How you cut, mix, fry and so on all the stuff makes a huge difference.
