It's rough coping with depression.

It's been an ugly year. Two nasty health scares. Watching our country sliding into the abyss, and fearing that our lives will explode into a flaming hell. That's the out side. Inside, my pain threshold is way up, since I've been taken off nearly all of my anti-inflammitories, and so my joints are tender and swollen.
Worst of all, I can't get my thoughts down on paper. I try to write, and nothing comes out. I'm going to try and at least get a book review finished tonight.
Not to mention my laptop decided to have a seizure.

A couple weeks ago, I cycled into a week long depression, with huge anxiety thrown in. I feel your pain. Some of it, anyway.

@Telynor - Oh believe me, I know. I now know how to recognize it and know that I just have to ride it out, even if it takes a week.

@teamfreak16 Yep. That's it exactly. It's like riding a roller coaster in a fog bank -- you have no control over it and you can't see what is coming up next.

@Telynor I know a lady who listens to classical music all day on the radio. At four the news comes on. She turns the radio off! The nastiest thing is that Trump is not being made to deal with his crimes. He should be up on charges before any of the other power hungry perverts. If we don't make him pay then all the others will think they don't have to, either.
