Say a prayer for my Mom's long time friend

My Mom has a long time friend who lives in New Zealand. They met on a Cruise ship many years ago. They keep in contact through Christmas Cards and Email. Her friend had written how 5 years ago she had breast cancer and had a double mastectomy. She mentioned how after the surgery, she has been fine. It all went well. But, then just recently, one of her eyes was bothering her. She went to different eye doctors who gave her creams etc and they didn't help. Then the next eye doctor diagnosed she had cancer in that eye. So, she had to have that whole eye removed from her face! She asked my Mom to pray for her that she will not get Cancer in her other eye, because she really doesn't want to go totally blind! Pray for her.

Oh how horrible. I hope the cancer has not spread to other organs and she stays disease-free from now on.
