Didn't get credited yet again for online orders via Swagbucks

Another online purchase via Swagbucks I had made at the end of October didn't credit to my account. Just wrote support about it. Then I have an online order I had made in November, which didn't credit either, to contact support about. That's two more orders that didn't automatically credit to my account. After I contact them about the second one it will be a total of 7 orders that didn't automatically credit to my account this year. And I am not even counting those in 2016 that I had to deal with. It is very frustrating that this keeps happening. Hopefully, the order I made right now via Swagbucks will appear in my account without having to contact support yet again.

When shop & earn is activated for a store, a green check mark appears on the Swagbucks button. I always make sure it's there before I place an order. It appears every time and yet I don't get automatically credited. I don't want to have to deal with this every time. They need to look into this issue. I am probably not the only one this keeps happening to. Once or twice is okay but one time after another is ridiculous.
