Have you tried a recipe you have found online?

Was it good or not? Today, I have tried making chocolate fudge from my blogging friends recipe. The recipe has only 3 ingredients including the aroma. I followed the instruction but I added some nuts in the recipe as I still had nuts in my kitchen cupboard, I only had to grate them. As you can see in the photo, that is the result. My chocolate fudge with nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts) are very delicious. I have to control myself not to eat them all. Would you try a recipe you find yummy online? Btw, please bare with me that some of your comments are not replied, yet. What I do is to go to your discussions and comment there after reading your comment on my discussion. I am so busy this week that I am always catching up with my notifications. Thanks for reading. HAPPY 1st ADVENT to all of you.

@thelme55 nothing specific. Sometimes, I check the social media accounts of known chefs and get the recipes there.

@thelme55 i assume you put it in the fridge to harden before slicing? do you put baking paper so it doesn't stick to the pan?

@hereandthere yes, I put this in the fridge to harden. After cutting, I wrap them in a cellophane. I don't have a colorful cellophane so I just wrap them in a colorless cellphone.

@hereandthere only chocolate chips, condensed milk and vanilla flavouring as a base recipe but I add nuts or dessicated coconuts when I have leftovers from baking. Very easy to make.

I found a wonderful recipe for five bean salad, online. My mother made this salad for many years, but I didn't get her recipe. Now, I got the same recipe, but had about twenty to choose from! LOL
