Hello everyone and good Monday morning to you.
I woke up at 8:45am today and i'm still tired. I tried laying back down but unable to fall asleep so I'm up. My voice came back today so that's a good thing.
I have a cough now and still blowing my nose like crazy. I'm hoping they will still be able to do surgery, so close now only 2 days away. I call tomorrow to find out what time I have to be there and their supposed to call me today to check in and see how i'm feeling.
I mostly feel run down and just want to sleep. I think i might see if i can just work half a day tomorrow instead of the full day planned then i can come home rest, and prep for Wednesday. We will see though.
So right now I'm just having coffee and watching twilight. Gonna shower and get ready for work soon. Today is our gift exchange and munchie day since i won't be there for the real christmas party my department decided to do it early. It will be a great day today 
.

@Tammys85 nope coffee doesn't trigger my cough. I have asthma so I cough all the time anyways. I'm just getting over laryngitis and a head cold so that's why i'm coughing.

@Courtlynn thanks it got cancelled as it's too risky to have the surgery and being sick. It will be rescheduled in the next few weeks

@Courtlynn me too. This illness can go away anytime. I was up at 315am having a coughing fit and didn't go back to bed til 4am. I had to be up at 630am as i'm working 8-430 today ugh

@LadyDuck yeah but it was my choice. I don't want to do this extensive surgery being sick it's too high risk

@Ladyduck no worries now surgery got cancelled. It's too risky to have it when sick so it's going to be rescheduled within the next couple of weeks

@JohnRoberts yeah tell me about it. I made it thru the day but surgery got cancelled since i am ill. It would be too risky to do surgery while being sick
