Beautiful Sofa covers

The next project I want to take up is sewing Sofa covers for my Sofa for the New Year 2018. The sofa is made of a very high quality Red Sandal and is very heavy. Some 15 years back I purchased it for Rs.25 thousands. The same one now costs between Rs.60/- and Rs.70/-. I am making a cover for the safa. There is a nice velvet maroon color cloth. It looks great if the cover is made with this cloth.
I just took the measurement. It is short for two piece. So I have to purchase another two meters to make it a nice sofa cover.
At 3 p.m today I am going to Charminar area and will purchase the same cloth and stitch the cover for my sofa.
Do you like maroon color for the sofa cover? Which is your favorite color of choice for sofa cover?

maroon sofa covers looks elegant to me. Brown can be okay too. :)

Yes. Brown, dark Green, Grey, and maroon are very nice and add beauty to the furniture. But, we should select the color suitable for the entire living room as commented by Behindtheguitarbar
