Fiesta Foodie dishes!

Looks like I woke up late again this morning because I tried to catch up online after visiting my brother's home.
I was planning to make the usual vegetable when I saw the maid already cooking some dishes. They told it's the Celebration of Guadalupe in their subdivision, but they left for another event.
They made some Fried chicken, Noodles / Pancit , Bicol Express and Sweet n Sour Fish. I just didn't eat the fish.
This probably the first Christmas meal for the month.
Well, we didn't have thanks giving meal so...

It has some green chili or that's what I think but it's not really spicy by taste @hereandthere
