What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I am trying a new recipe: Chicken meatballs marsala. This one comes from the new Smitten Kitchen Everyday cookbook. I don't have the cookbook but I found the recipe online. I tried a similar recipe a couple of months ago and didn't love it, so I'm hoping this one is better. I have a bunch of ground chicken so that's why I'm giving the idea of the recipe another whirl. I will serve it over basmati rice and with some sauteed baby spinach with garlic.
