I went to her and about to give her the contract when suddenly she suggested about a demand her rent. I just told Mom about it and they had a small conversation. Then she went on demanding another pay from another tenant who had been three days delayed. Unfortunately, I came to realized that almost all the contracts weren't sealed and signed

For now, Mom isn't worried at all. I wonder what would be the case if I'm in charge.

Hello @Morleyhunt that makes me wonder if commercial rent is even a stable income anymore, I guess it has it's disadvantages.

One reason for interviewing prospective tenants. It would be a good idea if the due date for their rent falls anywhere near the time they get their salary if they are working.

Hello @josie_ Unfortunately, they were the best prospects we had and two of them had been around for more than five years already.
