Losing My Mind (or what little is left of it)

Today has been off to a rocky start. Par for the course on a Monday I guess. My daughter got quite a few orders for her Etsy shop and has been busy using my computer to print out her shipping labels. I try to stay out of her way and let her do her thing so that I don't confuse her and mix up the orders. She has her own system so I butt out. However, since she is using my computer it leaves me unable to and of course that's when I want (or need) or do a million things on it. Last night I wrote out my check for the renewal of my vehicle registration which is due at the end of the month. I left it by the keyboard, stamped and ready for the mail. Since my daughter was going to the post office to drop her stuff she said she would take my vehicle envelope with her. Then I couldn't find it. It was nowhere on my desk, under the desk etc. Panic has certainly set in and I couldn't figure out where that stupid envelope would have gone. The only thing I could remember was taking a bunch of papers that needed to be recycled and threw them in the recycle pail. I don't even know what made me look in there but thank goodness it was among the papers. I'm sure I never would have found it if I didn't miss it almost immediately. Talk about stress. I'm really hoping the rest of the day goes smoothly as I hate feeling this much anxiety so early in the day. How is your Monday going?
