Wow. Another gut punch. Pat DiNizio, lead singer of one of the most underrated bands of the 80s the Smithereens, has died. No cause was given, but he sustained injuries in a fall a couple of months ago that started rumors about his health. Pat DiNizio was only 62. My favorite Smithereens song:

That's very sad. All these people are dying and dozens of them are younger than I am. It's not very encouraging.
