The Vision

Through the universes there are multiple suns,
thousands of moons where battles have been won.
Asteroids, comets; explosions galore,
how Earth was made, no one is sure.
We just know the beauty of the sky,
at sunset and sunrise.
Take the time to look above and discover,
the light shows and their wonder.
Now close your eyes and envision what I've seen,
millions of stars twinkling like the sea.
Enjoy the view while you can,
as there is no guarantee left of our land.
My vision is that it will all return someday,
to the beauty that it once was made.
Pristine and clear was the air,
with oceans and rivers in no need of repair.
