Hello everyone. I hope your day has been going well. It is COLD here at the Jersey Shore with a current temperature of 26 degrees F. Yuck. We are supposed to get an inch or 2 of snow overnight. Double yuck. I had a busy day at work today and then I went to get my hair cut and colored. It was much cheaper than I expected. Last time I thought it was like $160 but this time it was only $105. I still gave the girl a $40 tip. She is a former student and it is Christmas after all. I came home and tried to take a little nap after that but I was unsuccessful. I wound up just reading the news on my phone for awhile. Now I am waiting for my husband to get home from work so we can go out for dinner and bar trivia. Some of my coworkers are meeting us there tonight so hopefully we can kick some butt! What's everyone else up to tonight?

Have fun at trivia and good luck to your team! $40 sounds like a very generous tip! Temperature was about the same here today. Not fun taking the puppy out in it. She wants to play instead of doing her duty.

Well all I had were 2 $20s and I didn't feel right about tipping just $20 on $100, so I went with the $40.

I have only had my hair cut at a salon twice and one was family so I have no clue how much your supposed to tip. I’m she appreciates that extra $40 she got :)

very good evening. Everybody is becoming ready for Christmas. All are booking their appointments for their hair cut. Students are earning money a lot doing a part-time job and are spending generously. This is the time to spend and to work for getting it back. It is the true meaning of LIVING. This is my concept.
