Wednesday well spent

Wednesday is my day off so I usually just get lazy around the house and babysit my daughter (if parents watch their kids is that babysitting?). Yesterday my in-laws asked if they can have her for the afternoon because they miss her. I thought it would be great idea as I have tons of unfinished work which I can't do while watching the little one. So I started with cleaning, then testing my newly arrived electric dryer rack. Then I stored all her toys and did the dishes. Cleaned the bathroom. Then I solved some website editing problems I've been having for a week and finally published a post there. I finished my day on Mylot bragging about my cool dryer rack. I feel that I've accomplished a lot. Did you do anything useful on Wednesday?

It's amazing how much more we can get done sometimes if we don't have any interruptions.

@Madshadi I think it is better to be productive, my friend. I felt sorry for some who cannot even explore things up and earn something with the use of the internet.

It feels good to finish a task. What did your family say about it?

Nope, it's not babysitting, unless a mother is babysitting when she watches the children also. It looks as if you worked hard on your house and got a lot accomplished.

Glad that you had a respite from "babysitting" and could do things.
