A big change after the haircut

I don't know what's wrong with this cat's master. This cat just looks terribly after having a haircut I don't think it is necessary for a cat to have a haircut.

Poor cat, the owner should be sued for cruelty toward an animal. As you say, cats do not need to have a haircut.
