Every generation thinks they are the coolest people who ever lived, and the hippie generation felt the same. In some respects, they actually were the coolest generation, because they were the first to throw away all the strict rules that governed society since the beginning of time. We are more free today in our dress and in our thoughts. The Who put out albums from 1965 until 2006, and their last concert was in 2015 in Hyde Park. The lyrics state they would rather die than get old, Roger Daltry is 73, I wonder if he feels the same now? Do You Like My Song?

The photo is sad because half a Who is left.

The sad thing is Keith Moon did die before he got old. I do enjoy this song, overplayed though it is.

I loved fringe back when I was a teen, but it does look kind of silly.

Yes. I also like Patti Smith's profanity-laden version, and I saw Hillary Duff do it live.

I saw Hilary do it live also. Can you believe that song is over 50 years old?
